High School Club Fundraisers FAQ
Our school club only has 20 students, is this enough to run a successful fundraiser? Yes! We work with plenty of groups this size. Our fundraising programs are designed to work with groups of all sizes. We work with groups with fewer than 20 participants and groups with over 1000 participants.
Our club has an interest in running a flower bulb fundraiser, a candle fundraiser and a cookbook fundraiser. Can we run these at the same time? Our fundraisers can be combined, but we find they work better with they’re run separately. Most student clubs have fewer than 100 participants. We find that clubs have more success staggering their fundraisers throughout the year, than running them all at the same time.
Can a student be the fundraising point of contact or do you have to work with a teacher / advisor? We have no problem working with students, but we will need an adult (teacher, parent, school administrator, etc.) to oversee the fundraiser. Whoever is involved with the fundraiser, we expected them to run the fundraiser in a professional and safe manner.
When and where will the fundraising products be shipped? Most of our deliveries take about 2 weeks. This may vary depending on your school’s location and the product sold. We will keep you posted on the precise delivery day. Most of the school clubs we work with prefer that the products are delivered to the school. However, there are occasions where the group would prefer the delivery to a residence. We can work with you on this point. We just can delivery to one location.
