Football is the most popular spectator sport in the country for a reason! It is exciting to watch and play. But it's an expensive sport to run as well. Uniforms, equipment, field maintenance, competition fees and travel are just the start. In every level of the sport, from youth leagues though college, the operational costs are significant. And with the budget cuts that many school sports departments are facing, the financial support football organizations need is greater than ever. We are pleased to offer fundraising programs that are catered to football teams and leagues.
We are always introducing new programs through out the year. Most our football organizations tend to use our pre-sale brochure programs where there is no financial risk to run the program.

This past spring, we were contacted by a Pop Warner Organization in Florida. The issue they were facing was there was a complete turnover from the previous year's board. There was no fundraising strategy in place. No contracts, no records and no recollection of what the previous board had did. All they knew was that there were limited funds and they needed to raise money fast.

Below is the steps this league took:
Step 1 – Held a meeting with the coaches, cheerleading officials and booster club to develop a strategy. The plan was to run a sell candy bars during sign-ups and then run a coffee fundraiser during the first two weeks of practice. They also decided to reinvest any profit from the candy bars to start a spirit shop with customized apparel to sell during games.
Step 2 – Informed the parents via a letter and a Facebook post of the new strategy and encouraged parental feedback.
Step 3 – Kicked off the candy bar sale.
Step 4 – Placed ordered for T-Shirts, Hats and Seat Cushions for spirit shop.
Step 5 – Ran the beverage fundraiser

End result: The League had raised over $10,000 when it was all said and done.
