One of our recent clients was a competitive high school team. This team was one of the top teams in the state. Needless to say, they had a lot of expenses – travel, competition fees, uniforms, etc. What they didn't plan on was that the entire school budget was cut, in particular the sports and extra-curricular clubs. Their entire season was in peril. After a few drawn out meetings, the parents and the school administration came up with a compromise. They got a small budget, but the rest of the funds would be the responsibility of the dance team and its boosters.
